I have been wondering if the high R&D cost forces the technology to be used for the excessive times even if we know the harmful effects of the same and the alternates are buried in the labs? Also, what forces people to adoption same technology into various other fields such as Blockchain is being forced in every sphere even if it relevant or not.

Covid has stalled or rather reversed any economic recovery made by countries post 2008 economic shock. Timely and unprecedented interventions from Feds may have delayed the economic crash but could not stop mass layoffs. Given the current global scenario what may be alternatives to ensure access to resources via employment or otherwise.

The New Indian Education Policy of 2020 allows skill based internships for children as low as 12 years. India has one of the worst Child Labor records along with the highest drop out rates among boys and girls at the age of puberty. Also country sees a massive push for manufacturing self sufficiency and dwindling labor laws in the wake of Covid 19. What laws and monitoring policies need to be enabled and strengthened to safeguard these children from moving into child labor.

Thee food crisis in Yemen is being covered and is gaining traction globally with some support pouring in from various individuals and foundations. But, Yemen may not be the only country and with deepening economic crisis globally fundraising my not be a sustainable solution. Also, other natural disasters such as forest fires, floods, drought have only increased in the recent years leaving millions homeless and dependent on humanitarian missions for survival. Freerice app aims to create an innovative technology based solution but it might not be sufficient. What other solutions one can create to ensure minimum deaths due to food shortage across the globe.
